Nonprofit Coaching
With over 10 years experience in nonprofit management coupled with my research background in nonprofits and inclusion, I bring a unique perspective to advance nonprofit goals. My areas of expertise are: program development and implementation; curriculum design; program evaluation; data collection and analysis (surveys, interviews, focus groups); impact analysis; team building; recruitment and retention; and the integration of art and wellness programs.

Guest Speaker
I am a first-generation college graduate and a former foster and homeless youth with a moving story to tell that motivates and inspires youth and young adults.  I welcome opportunities to serve as a guest speaker for graduating high school students or first-generation college students, offering talks on topics that resonate with and reflect the lived experiences of our community.

Inclusion Evaluation
This evaluation is designed for employers seeking to assess and strengthen inclusivity within their organization. It includes a tailored survey that generates an Inclusion Score, accompanied by a comprehensive report highlighting key strengths and areas for growth. The process is scalable, meaning that full participation is not required for larger organizations—representative sampling can still yield meaningful insights. This tool supports leaders committed to fostering equity, belonging, and workplace accountability.

Independent Research
I offer independent research services for organization and city leaders seeking data-driven insights to inform strategy, advocacy, or program development. Whether you need support evaluating a program, exploring a specific population or issue, or generating knowledge to drive impact, I deliver rigorous, accessible findings and reports tailored to your goals. I am especially interested in projects that seek to measure inclusion and related social constructs. Here is an example of a research study I conducted where I was contracted to measure the state of immigrant inclusion in Florida.

Foster, Adoption, Homeless Youth Anti-Oppression Training
The above is an evidenced-based training designed to enhance understanding of foster, adoption, homeless youth (FAHY) stigma and its effects. While many parents, practitioners, and allies learn about FAHY trauma, understanding structural components offers a more holistic view of the FAHY experience, helping to become better allies, parents, and practitioners. This interactive training integrates research, personal narratives, and exercises and is adjustable to meet the clients' needs.
