I provide consultation support to nonprofits and companies in the following areas of expertise: workplace inclusion evaluation, inclusion coaching and training, program development and evaluation, curriculum development, survey and survey analysis, data analytics, diversity recruitment and retention, nonprofit organization field analysis, and workplace wellness programs and activities.
Inclusion Evaluation
This service encapsulates a pro-bono workplace inclusion evaluation for organizations, businesses, and government entities. How it works is that employees are invited to complete an inclusion survey and the results of the survey will be analyzed and a detailed inclusion report produced. Guest Speaker, Workshops and Trainings
As a researcher and advocate, my goal is to extend research to the general population to inform policy and practice. Here are some topics I have spoken on in the past:
